Finally Copy the folder (like RM-495,RH-99.) to C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products Then copy the files to specified forder like RM-495, RH-99 etc. ! Please rename the files downloaded ( if the downloaded file name not same as the given file name ) as shown the file name on the download links on this website.
